Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after checkout, and a separate dispatch email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier immediately. We will either reship or issue a full refund for any confirmed lost shipments.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to update it.
